Anthony Wayne "Tony" Elkins, Jr.

Anthony Wayne “Tony” Elkins, Jr., 15 of West Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021.  He was born in Terre Haute on September 1, 2005 to Anthony Wayne Elkins, Sr. and Kelly Lamb.

Tony was a sophomore at West Vigo High School and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers.  He liked working with his uncle Chuck and enjoyed hanging out with his family, nephews, and his best friend Tommy Robbins.

Tony is survived by his parents, Tony Elkins, Sr. and Kelly Lamb, his brother, Josh Elkins (Jenny), and Samantha Jo Elkins (Jeremy).  Also surviving are his nieces and nephews; Joshua Elkins, Abby Elkins, Blake Elkins, Carter Hussong, Emma Hussong, and Ella Ray Hedden, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Charles and Ella Elkins, maternal grandparents Rick Lamb and Billie Jean Lamb, paternal great grandfather Charles Elkins, and maternal great grandparents Harry and Ellen Lamb.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Buddy White officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethesda Memorial Park.  Visitation is scheduled for Saturday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM in the funeral home.
