Brian Keith Kernstein, 55, of Clinton, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020.

He was born July 31, 1965 in Vermillion County to Ray A. Kernstein and Carolyn Scott Kernstein.

Brian was a member of the Laborers Local #204. He was the life of the party and a stranger to no one. He loved to cook for his friends and family. He also loved muscle cars and music. His kids were his world. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren. He loved his Myla and was so excited to meet Tripp.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Chuck Kernstein.

Brian was survived by his children, Bub Kernstein (Hallie) and Chelsie Kernstein; the mother of his children and his best friend, Dusty Dunkley; his companion, Vicki Harmon; his beloved grandchildren, Myla, Hadleigh, Vallorie and Tripp; siblings, Tim Kernstein, Bob Kernstein, Linda Harvey, Brent Kernstein and Raylene Kernstein; and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by close friends, Joe Grose, Nick Flowers,  and Jeff Martin.

Services will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, with visitation from 5:00 p.m. until service time. Pastor Buddy White will be officiating. Online condolences may be made at: www.fitzpatrickfunerals.com.
