Byron Orndorff

Byron Orndorff, 86, of West Terre Haute, passed away April 1, 2019 in his home.

He was born March 14, 1933 in West Terre Haute to Ralph Orndorff and Ruth White Orndorff.

Byron served in the United States Army. He worked as a Millwright for Stran Steel.

Byron was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Cheryl ; and a brother, Dwight.

He is survived by his wife, Theodora Lowe Orndorff, whom he married September 10, 1953; his children, Janice, Barney, Albert , Scott and Ralph; his brother James; and his sister, Ruth “Sis”. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.

In honor of Byron’s wishes, cremation has been chosen. Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, was entrusted with care and arrangements.
