Diane Irene "Sis" (Parsons) Singer

Diane Irene “Sis” Singer, 68 of West Terre Haute,  passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018 in her residence.  She was born in Terre Haute on June 22, 1949 to Paul Owen Parsons and Norma Jean Collins Parsons.

Diane enjoyed riding her bicycle everywhere and was a people person.  She had a big heart and would do anything for anyone.

She is survived by her two children, William Singer II and Missaleena L. Singer, both of West Terre Haute.  Also surviving is her grandson, Matthew Elliott of West Terre Haute, as well as three brothers;  Ernest Duane Parsons (wife Wendy) of West Terre Haute, Chuck Parsons (wife Kathy) of West Terre Haute, and Robert Vernon Parsons of Bullskin, IL as well as several nieces and nephews.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents as well as two brothers, Paul Parsons and Kenneth Eugene Parsons.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 7:00 PM, with Pastor Kevin Szwarga officiating.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home.  In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow the service.
