Frank Westley Lowe

Frank Westley Lowe, 68 of Terre Haute, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023 in his residence.  He was born in Terre Haute on October 15, 1954 to Frank Eugene Lowe and Betty Marie Brewster Lowe.

Frank was an event coordinator at I.S.U. and formerly worked at Columbia House and Hulman Center.  He was a graduate of West Vigo High School and loved to garden and do crafts.

Frank is survived by three children; Joni Lowe (Ronnie Hinton), Jamie Lowe, and Jessica Bell as well as his grandchildren; Myranda, Jordyne, Alexis, Haley, Olivia, Destiny, Darien, Elijah, Kaleb, LeShay, Javen, Maliyah, and Cash, and great grandchildren; Jaden, Emily, Dakota, Kingston, Everly, and Elijah, Jr.  Also surviving are his siblings; Donald Lowe (Barb), Gary Lowe, Penny Lowe, and Jim Lowe (Becky), as well as several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Connie Vicars Lowe on March 21, 2011, granddaughter Bryauna, and sister Terri Sears.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Dennis Leek officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethesda Memorial Park.  Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday from 12 Noon – 1PM in the funeral home.
