Freda Mae Fisher

Freda Mae Fisher, 69, of Terre Haute passed away at 8:50 a.m. Saturday May 13, 2017 in her home. She had been employed as a certified nurses assistant for the Sisters of Providence for several years and later was employed with Hoosier Handpack. She was born July 27, 1947 at Terre Haute. Survivors include: Her Companion Gene Morris; two daughters Shelby Houle and her husband Zack of Terre Haute and Rhonda Morris of Henryetta, OK; a brother Web Fisher of Terre Haute; a sister-in-law Linda Fisher of Henryetta, OK; seven grandchildren Tiffany Ellinger who was her granddaughter and best friend, Breanna Marles, Megan McNac, Shell McNac, Nicholas Ellinger, Brian Sharp, and Ronnie Sharp; twelve great grandchildren Brailey Jeffery, Kinley Jeffery, Ethan Sharp, Eli Sharp, Ava Sharp, Nevaeh Sharp, Blake Sharp, Kayla Walker, Grant Walker, Cory Walker, Lexi Harmon, and Liam Harmon. She was preceded in death by her mother Margaret Fisher and a brother Willard Fisher. She enjoyed sewing and watching her favorite soap opera, The Young and the Restless but she mostly enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Thursday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bethesda Memorial Park. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until service time Thursday.
