Glenda L. (Hill) Kinser

Glenda L. Kinser, 79 of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023 in Union Hospital.  She was born in New Goshen on August 27, 1944 to Lloyd Hill and Eileen Minnich Hill.

Glenda was a retired Tonage Plant Operator at PraxAir and member of the West Terre Haute First Baptist Church.

Glenda is survived by her son Douglas Scott (Julie), two step-children, Mark Kinser (Susan), and Ann Mason (Joseph), as well her grandchildren; Katlynn Kwak (Steven), Stephanie Mason, Kristopher Mason, SueAnn Mason, Briar Mason, Zack Kinser, and Amanda Kinser, as well as her great grandchildren; Sawyer Kwak, Karter Kwak, Knox Higginbotham, and Ahri Higginbotham.  She is also survived by her siblings; Geraldine Edington, Alan Hill (Connie), Dale Hill (Janet), and Joyce Litherland, as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Marvin Kinser in 2014.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd st., West Terre Haute, In on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM, with Pastor Jeff Augustus officiating.  Burial will follow at Clover Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, IN.  Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
