Harry Ernest Cuffle

Harry Ernest Cuffle, 82 of West Terre Haute, passed away at 9:31 AM on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care.  He was born in West Terre Haute on February 9, 1938 to Ernest Cuffle and Bertha Callahan Cuffle.

Harry was an Army veteran, retired from Stran Steel and loved to fish.

Harry is survived by his son, Harry R. Cuffle (wife Corinne), and one sister, Jane Syndram.  Also surviving are two grandchildren; Cecilia Cuffle and Rhett Cuffle, as well as two special nieces; Susan Lawson and Bertha Richey.

In keeping with the COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, a graveside service will be held at Bethesda Memorial Park on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor John Cuffle officiating, with interment to immediately follow.  In lieu of flowers, Harry’s family welcomes memorial contributions to the Terre Haute Humane Shelter in his memory.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN.
