Jacqueline "Jacki" Faye Cantwell

Jacqueline Faye “Jacki” Cantwell, 43, of Clinton, passed away unexpectedly October 31, 2019 in her home.

She was born December 23, 1975 in Terre Haute to Roger Moore and Kathy Price Eldridge.

Jacki was a homemaker. She enjoyed poetry and spending time with her family. Her family was her life.

She was preceded in death by her father; her grandparents, Willard and Alberta Price; and her nephew, Korben.

Jacki is survived by her husband, Shane Cantwell; her mother, Kathy Moore; her children, Richard Eldridge (Jenni) and Faith Cantwell; brother, Lucas Moore; sister, Rebecca Richards; grandchildren, Chase, Shane and Kaitlyanna; nieces and nephews, Abigail, Liam, Desmond and Bonnie; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held Monday, November 4, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
