James R. Jarvis

James R. Jarvis, 65, formerly of West Terre Haute, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022 in his residence.  He was born in Terre Haute on May 21, 1957 to John D. Jarvis and Joan Leclercq Jarvis

James is survived by five children; John David Jarvis, Susan Jarvis, Jimmy Jarvis, John David Jarvis, and Zachary West, as well as two siblings, Carolyn Jarvis, and Patrick Jarvis, and several grandchildren.  He is also survived by his step-mother, Evelyn Jarvis, and long-time companion Lisa Lucci.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother John David “Butch” Jarvis.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been chosen, with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
