Janet L. (Cox) Roach

Janet L. Roach, 69 of Terre Haute, passed away at 1:37 AM on Friday, February 5, 2021 in the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care.  She was born in West Terre Haute on March 3, 1951 to Edgar Cox and Ilene Dillion Cox.

Janet was a member of Union Baptist Church and was a housewife as well as a mother to her four children.

Janet is survived by her husband Wayne Roach whom she married July 5, 1968, as well as their four children; Kari Lewis (Jeff), Wayne Roach (Danielle), Brandi Latham, and Bryan Roach (Amanda).  Also surviving is her brother, Edward Cox (Barbara), twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her sister, Linda Miller.

Funeral services will be held at Union Baptist Church, 4075 E. Harlan Dr., Terre Haute, IN on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Rod Maris officiating.  Burial will follow at Bethesda Cemetery.  Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday from 11:30 AM until time of service.  The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Union Baptist Church.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN.
