Joann Laura Bogard

Joann Laura Bogard, 85, passed away December 26, 2024, in Silver Birch assisted living in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was born February 6, 1939, in Phillipsburg, New Jersey to Joseph and Alice Klega. 

She worked at CBS and Holiday Inn. Joanne loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved NASCAR and watched every race. In her younger years, she liked to crochet. She loved spending time in her pool and enjoyed her life and time in Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Fred, and her brother, Ed Klega. She is survived by a son, Danny Bogard (Lisa), daughters, Alice Ramsey (Rick), Bobbi Hann (Tim), Christy Bidgood (Chad Pittroff), sister Carol Rhoads, sister-in-law, Lana Klega, nine grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. 

Keeping with her wish’s cremation was chosen with a celebration of life to be held at a later date. Fitzpatrick funeral home, 220 N. 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN 47885 was trusted with arrangements.
