John L. "Jack" Williams

John L. “Jack” Williams, 64 of West Terre Haute, passed away in his residence at 4:40 AM on Monday, June 3, 2019.  He was born in Terre Haute on August 9, 1954 to John T. Williams and Janice Pullum Williams.

Jack was a plumber for Plumbers and Steamfitters Local # 157, retiring after 44 years of service.  He was a 1972 graduate of West Vigo High School, he loved to fish and go boating on the river, and also enjoyed working on cars, drag racing, riding his Harley and his golf cart. He was a member of BBD Racing.

Jack was preceded in death by his father, John T. Williams; his nephew, Brent Foltz; and his mother-in-law, Sondra Green.

He is survived by his mother, Janice Pullum Williams; his wife, Christina Evans Williams; his son, John C. Williams; his daughter, Ann T. Williams; his brothers, Chuck Williams (Mary), Joe Williams (Debbie), and Dwon Williams (Amy); his sister, Marilee Handlin (Terry); his father-in-law, Gib Evans: his sister-in-law, Lisa Foltz (Wayne); his brother-in-law, Terry Evans (Deana); his grandchildren, Gaige Williams, Chloe Miller, Tatum Miller and Joel Miller; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Friday, June 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Pastor Bob Roush will be officiating; burial will be in Pleasantview Cemetery.
