Josephine A. (Williams) Jenkins

Josephine A. Jenkins, 84 of Marshall, IL, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 12, 2020 at the Marshall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.  She was born in Terre Haute on August 19, 1935 to Hubert Williams and Cecelia Williams.

Josephine worked as an aide in the kitchen at the former Burnsides Nursing Home.  She was a member of the Marshall Wesleyan Church and loved her family and animals.

Josephine is survived by her three children; Mark McPheeters (Susan), Michael McPheeters, and Marsha Loftis (Ron).  She is also survived by three grandchildren; Lindsay Gough, Megan Millikan, and Abby Robertson, as well as many great grandchildren, step-children, step-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ronald Jenkins, and two brothers, Jack Williams and Bill Williams.

Private funeral services for Josephine will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Thursday, April 16, 2020.  Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in Tecumseh.  In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial contributions in her memory to your local humane shelter.
