Kathleen “Katie” Janette Lewis Ray Clough Brown, 96, of Terre Haute passed away December 14, 2024, in Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, Indiana. She was born February 11, 1928, in Dennison, Illinois to Vern and Mary Lewis. She retired after 24 years at Quaker Maid and 10 years at Columbia House. She survived by her four children, her sons Edwin Ray, and his wife, Penny of Panama City, Florida, Bradley Clough of West Terre Haute, daughters, Vicky Thompson of Terre Haute, and Mary Darkis of Fort Myers, Florida. She is survived by a sister, Norma Baugh of Paris, Illinois, and her grandchildren; Chad Ray, Nicole Miller, Lori Timberman, Stephanie Ridge, Lisa Harris, Stacey Darkis, Tracey Cummings, and Bradley Clough, and several great grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands Edwin Ray, Leon Clough, and George Brown, brothers, John Lewis, Robert Lewis, Richard Lewis, sister, Rosemary Hull, stepchildren Margaret Lewis, Jack Clough, Jerry Clough, grandson, Robert Lewis, and a great grandchild Alexis Jeanette Holbert. Katie was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars 972, the American Legion Post 104, and the Eagles. Funeral services for Katie will be Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 2 p.m. in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. 3rd St. West Terre Haute, IN, 47885. Visitation is scheduled from 12 noon to service time at the funeral home on Saturday. Kathleen will be buried in Bethesda Memorial Park.
