She was a member of the VFW 972, the VFW Auxiliary 6574, and the American Legion 346. Mary enjoyed playing BINGO, playing cards, being around her family, going shopping, and going to get her hair done every Friday morning.
Christy, Kylee, Jessica, and Shelly showed grandma the love and compassion that she shared with them. The slumber parties at grandma’s and the bedtime talks will be something that will be held in their hearts forever and the memories that they created will last a lifetime. During the time they spent at grandma’s they became known as “The Staff at Mary’s House” that grandma enjoyed and laughed about it. Grandma shared her life stories with them.
She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, sons; Everett Sullivan Jr. and Randy Sullivan, sister, Margaret Fisher, daughter-in-law Cindy Sullivan, and Step father, Albert McCauley.
