Norma Mae (Riggs) Peters

Norma Mae Riggs Peters, 94, of Clinton, Indiana, passed away March 30, 2019 in Vermillion Convalescent Center.

She was born March 24, 1925 in Terre Haute to George and Sylvia Riggs.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde Peters; daughter, Cheryl Kay Riggs; stepson, Sonny Peters; granddaughter, Amanda Peters; great grandson, Keith Goodwin; sisters, Betty Montgomery and Jane Nevins; and brother, Gene Riggs.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Langer (Ronnie), Mickie Winans (Shell), Rhoda Crowe, and Lisa Peters; her sons, Chuck Peters (Carla) and David Peters; her sixteen grandchildren, one step grandchild, thirty great grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, seven step great great grandchildren; her sister, Jo Ann Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Family members will be officiating; burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
