Patrick Joe Christie

Patrick J. Christie, 70, of Terre Haute went to be with his Lord on Monday, August 21, 2017. He was born November 18, 1946 to Gilbert and Dorothy Christie. His parents and his half-brother, Robert Christie, preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother Timothy Christie and wife Mona of West Terre Haute; his sister Christine Bradfield of Terre Haute; a sister-in-law Joyce Christie (FL); his children as well as several nieces and nephews.

Patrick read and studied the bible daily and lived a Christian life of kindness, compassion, love, gratitude, and generosity. He had an unwavering faith and dedication to Christ which helped him through good and bad times for all his life and he kept love in his heart for his children, Marc, Joe, and Carrie.

Private graveside services to be held Tuesday, August 29th at Durham Cemetery in Terre Haute. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Pfister & Company, Anthony Square, 500 College Ave., Terre Haute, IN 47802. Fitzpatrick Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
