Robert W. Stewart

Robert W. Stewart, 80, of West Terre Haute passed away at 9:40 AM on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Harrisons Crossings Health Campus.   He was born in Clinton, IN on May 17, 1939 to Kenneth and Margaret (Williams) Stewart.

He was a Postal Service Manager for 23 years before his retirement and served 8 years in the United States Marine Corp.

He married Norma F. (Collier) on April 9, 1966 in Marshall, IL.

He is survived by his wife, three sons, Jeffrey (Shelley) of Brazil, IN, Michael (Amy), and Kevin (Candi) of West Terre Haute, Grandchildren, Bo, Tucker, Cogan, Kylyn, Brianna (Preston McCammon), Kevin, and Kyle Stewart, Great Granddaughter Rayna Faye McCammon, Aunt Patricia Hendricks (Gene) and several nieces and nephews.

Robert was proceeded in death by his parents, a sister Chadwena Bartlett, and a nephew Jon Naugle.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Bob Roush officiating.  Burial will follow at Bethesda Memorial Park.  Visitation is scheduled for Monday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
