Ruth Ann Jones

Ruth Ann Jones, 74, of Montezuma, passed away Sunday May 28, 2017, in her residence surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Terre Haute on June 2, 1942 to Curtis John Eisman, Sr. and Rosea Masters Eisman. She married David Lee Jones April 29, 1978 in Terre Haute and he survives.

Other survivors include sons Marty Brown of Addison, Texas, Mike (Dolores) Brown of San Antonio, Texas and Mark (Raye Lynn) Brown of Richland, Washington and daughter Marta Buker of Hillsdale, brothers Curtis John (Lillian) Eisman, Jr. of Terre Haute, Norman (Carole) Eisman of Crestwood, Kentucky, David Eisman of Fontanet, sisters Blanche Campbell of Terre Haute, Rosalie Powell of Burton, Texas, Josephine (Carl) Richey of Seelyville, June Davis of Sumner, Texas and Betty (Sam) Wright of Indianapolis, twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren one great-great granddaughter, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ruth was a member of The Clinton Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and was much loved by all. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her Christian ministry, gardening, cooking and sewing and just being helpful to others. Ruth retired from Hercules and AET and also was employed at General Housewares. She was preceded in Death by her parents and sisters Helen Louise Likens and Cora Jean Germain. Her memorial service of a life well lived will be held at 2PM Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Clinton Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
