Sandra Rae "Sandy" (Perkins) Hoffman

Sandra Rae “Sandy” Hoffman, 73, of Terre Haute passed away August 29, 2018 in her home.

She was born October 20, 1944 in Portland, Oregon to Leo Perkins and Betty Parks Perkins.

Sandra was a homemaker. She was a member of the Christian Women’s Association, Sugar Grove Free Methodist Church, a life member of the Goldwing Road Riders Association, having toured all 48 Continental United States with her husband, on their motorcycle. She was also a member of the American Legion Post #104 Auxiliary. Sandra enjoyed her friends, her church and motorcycle riding with her husband.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Raymond Lee Hoffman, who passed away November 20, 1994.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Lee Hoffman; brother, Pat Perkins; brothers-in-law, Clarence Amburgey and James Leclercq; sisters, Linda McCutchen and Kathy Perkins; sister-in-law, Nancy Huffington; and special friend, Norma Shaw, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Reverend Andy Fishback will be officiating; burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery.
