Thomas Ray Clark, 68, of West Terre Haute passed away at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday May 31, 2016 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He retired from Duke Energy after forty seven years of service as an operator at the Wabash Power Generating Plant. He was born August 5, 1947 in West Terre Haute to Lowell Clark and Bertha Bales Clark. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Clark whom he married on November 8, 1985; three children Jimmy Clark and his wife Jennifer of Terre Haute, Robin Parker and her husband Bryan, and David Pasko all of West Terre Haute; nine grandchildren Shelby Byrley and her fiancé Brandon Morgan, Austin Byrley, Jordyn Clark, Jameson Clark, Blake, David Jr., and Gavin Pasko, Ashley McIntyre, and Corey McIntyre; a great grandchild on the way Karson Rose; and many special friends including Gary and Sandy Eller of West Terre Haute. He was preceded in death by his Parents; a daughter Dottie McIntyre; and several aunts and uncles including an aunt Lorene Farmer. He was a Vietnam Veteran Having served in the U.S. Navy on board the USS Meredith. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 687 F&AM and the Order Of Eastern Star Chapter 428 both at West Terre Haute. Tommy was a musician and loved to play the guitar and sing. He loved being with his family and grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Roush officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery with graveside military rites by the Vigo County Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation will be 12:00 noon until service time Sunday. The family suggests that if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society with envelopes available in the funeral home.
