Vickie Lynn (Cheesman) Rogers

Vickie enjoyed going on drives to different places to see, the race track, singing karaoke, and most of all talking to her sister and friend on the phone gossiping.

Vickie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved all her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as numerous brothers and sisters.  She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Kenneth Rogers; son Kenny Rogers, daughters Tanya Pilkington (Jody), Brenda Rogers (Dennis), and Torie Ornduff (Jack).  Also surviving are her granddaughters; Jodie Pilkington (Raymond), Kendra Rogers (Brian), Haleigh Ornduff, Deanna Pilkington (Menard), and Brittney Pilkington (Alston), as well as grandsons Larry Pilkington (Jasmin), Devin Rogers, Austen Ornduff, Mykel Withrow, and C.J. Smith (Nikki) and great grandchildren Larry, Raymond, Sincere, Charity, Cayson, and Christian.  She also leaves behind two sisters, Luetta Kimbler and Darla Robinson, and brothers Russell, Paul, Jim, Bill, and Kenny Cheesman, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN, on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Kenneth Alkire officiating.  Burial will follow at Bethesda Memorial Park.  Visitation is scheduled for Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
