Warren Dean Allen

Warren Dean Allen, 84 of West Terre Haute, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023 in Springhill Village.  He was born in Brazil, IN on July 30, 1939 to William Allen and Dorothy Snyder Allen.

Dean sang in the Gospel Group “The Singing Messengers” that traveled throughout Indiana and Illinois.  He also enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, as well as building and working on cars.

Dean is survived by his wife Betty Tatem Allen and four children; Brad Allen (Sherry), Laura Johnson (Larry), Cheryl Frye, and Brian Allen (Andrea), and his grandchildren; Seanna Priest (Jason), Bradley Allen, Ryan Fitzpatrick (Sara), Elizabeth Finch (Dean), Larry Johnson II, Danielle Johnson, Cheyanne Frye, and Savannah Biggs (Brennen).  He is also survived by his great grandchildren; Corban Allen, Mason Priest, Chad Johnson, Kizer Scott, and Baylor Biggs.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been chosen.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service is planned at a later date.
