William Harlan "Bill" Patrick

William Harlan “Bill” Patrick, 60 of West Terre Haute, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023 in St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  He was born in Terre Haute on October 6, 1963 to Donald D. Patrick and Rebecca Ann Hogue Patrick.

Bill was Dale Earnhardt’s # 1 fan and loved watching NASCAR every Sunday.  He was a very proud father and grandfather, and was very outspoken.

Bill is survived by his son, Jake Patrick (Taylor), his mother, Ann Patrick, and grandson, Bowen Allen William Patrick.  Also surviving are his siblings; Delmar Patrick (Cris), Jane Patrick, John Patrick (Judy), Mike Patrick, Donna Patrick (Rance Phillips), and Scott Patrick, the love of his life, Renee Simpson, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3^rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 7:00 PM, with Pastor Shawn Bunch officiating.  Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the funeral home.  In keeping with his wishes, cremation will follow services.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
