William Lewis "Bill" Ritter

William Lewis “Bill” Ritter, 60, of West Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 1:02 a.m. in his home.

Bill was born November 22, 1957 in Williamsport, Indiana to Lewis Howard and Kay (Thomas) Ritter.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and his father.

Bill is survived by his wife, Kathy (Selvia) Ritter; his three sons, Lewis Ritter, John and Patricia Bowden and Jeremy and Liz Bowden; his seven grandchildren, Sam, Alathia, Hunter, Haven, Chloe and Cooper; one great child, Azuriah; his mother, Kay, of Rossville, Illinois; his sister, Nyla; his brother Thomas and Tammie; and several nieces and nephews.

Bill enjoyed his Saturday morning breakfast with his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Sandy Dyer. He liked to watch movies, play his bass and play cards with his brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Tammie.

In honor of Bill’s wishes, cremation has been chosen. His family would like to thank Hospice of the Wabash Valley, Dr. Chaudhary and MichalAnn from Davita for all their care and support.
